Will my sweater pill quickly?
No. Our sweaters are made from premium Merino yarns that keep the surface looking smooth, even after regular use. Occasional washing helps remove any loose fibers, further reducing pilling. The Phil sweater is especially resistant thanks to its compact half-Milano knit — a dense structure that greatly minimizes pilling.
Is a Merino wool sweater itchy?
Unlike traditional wool, which can feel rough, our merino sweater are made from superfine fibers that bend easily and don’t irritate the skin. That’s why our Merino wool sweaters feel soft, breathable, and comfortable—never itchy.
Are Wolk sweaters easy to care for? Do they shrink after washing?
Because we use total easy care merino wool yarns, you can simply wash them in the washing machine at delicate program 30°C. Wash with woolwash and lay flat to dry. They will not shrink.

We use only 100% mulesing-free Merino wool to ensure animal welfare. Our yarns are traceable, OEKO-TEX certified, and require less washing — saving water and energy.
Production takes place locally in Italy and Portugal to support shorter supply chains and reduce carbon footprint.
And we make all our knitwear in 100% merino wool, so if the life of your wool product ends, it can be recycled completely or even be biodegraded.
