Returns and exchanges

You can initiate your return or exchange here within 30 days of receipt and get a prepaid return label.

NOTE: This portal is brand new and it could be that there are some issues. But, please try and let us know if something doesn't work properly . hello@wolk-antwerp.com 


General return conditions

  • Wolk has a 30-day return period.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.
  • Returns will be inspected upon arrival before processing refunds or exchanges. Worn or damaged items will not be refunded.
  • If returned garments have stains, a €20 washing fee will be charged.  

Exchange conditions

Exchanges within the EU 

  • Free exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Wolk covers all shipping costs for exchanges.

  • We will refund you the shipping cost of your second order.
  • First exchange shipment is free, but for a second exchange, the return shipping fee of €8 will apply.

Exchanges outside the EU 

  • If you would like an exchange, the return shipment will not be charged.

  • The first exchange shipment is free, but the return shipping fee will apply for a second exchange.
  • If customers outside the EU choose to arrange the return shipping themselves, possible taxes and customs charges and the shipment's insurance are also the customer's responsibility

  • For Store Credit & Exchanges: Free returns for store credit or exchanges.

For returns outside the EU:

  • For refunds: A shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. See below the cost for your country.
  • For exchanges: the return shipment will not be charged.

  • Andorra: €25 (DHL Express)
  • Norway: 300 Nkr (DHL Express)
  • Switzerland: 24 CHF (DHL Express)
  • United Kingdom: £22 (DHL Express)
  • United States: 30$ (DHL Express)

How to return your purchase?

1/ REGISTER YOUR RETURN

  • Click the return button at the top of this page and enter your order details.
  • Select the item(s) you are returning and the reason.
  • You will receive a prepaid return label via email.

2/ PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE

  • Place the item(s) in the original box or a sturdy container.
  • Seal it securely and attach the return label in a visible spot.

3/ SEND IT BACK

  • Drop it off at the nearest service point.
  • Ensure the return is shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label.

IMPORTANT:

  • Prepaid return labels are only valid within the country of the original shipment.
  • If returning from a different country, please contact customer care.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 4-5 business days and issued to your original payment method.
  • If your return causes your order to fall below the free shipping threshold (different per country), the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at orders@wolk-antwerp.com. 

Exceptions 

Gift cards are not refundable. You will get a new gift card for the value of the returned item instead.
