Returns and exchanges (excluding socks) are accepted within 30 days. Use the portal above to generate your prepaid label.

Need an Exchange?


Simply return your items and place a new order for the correct size or color.

Discount codes: If you used a discount on your first order, email hello@wolk-antwerp.com for a replacement code before re-ordering.

General return conditions (for all items, except for socks)

  • Timeframe: Wolk has a 30-day return period.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging. Returns will be inspected upon arrival before processing refunds or exchanges. Worn or damaged items will not be refunded.
  • Stains: If returned garments have stains, a €20 washing fee will be charged.  
  • Location: Labels are only valid in the original shipping country. Contact us if returning from elsewhere.
  • Self-Shipping: If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, all taxes, customs charges, and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Gift cards: Gift cards are not refundable.You will get a new gift card for the value of the returned item instead.

Return conditions for socks

We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction.

Socks are considered a personal hygiene product. To protect the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for socks once the paper wrapper has been opened or damaged.

Exchanges (free)

We offer a 30-day exchange window to help you find the perfect fit. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We use a Return & Re-order system to get your new items to you faster.

🇪🇺 EU:

First exchange is free. If a second exchange is required for the same original order, a €9 return fee (or €15 Roemania-Greece)will apply, and the final shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

  1. Request Label: Click the button at the top of this page to get a prepaid label.
  2. Re-order: Place a new order for the correct item. We will refund the shipping cost of this new order. If you need help with the size, we are happy to help you personally.
  3. Discounts: If you used a welcome discount code on your original order, please contact us at hello@wolk-antwerp.com before re-ordering so we can provide a new code.
  4. Ship: Pack the original item with labels attached and drop it at a service point within 7 days.
  5. Refund: We'll issue your refund as soon as our Belgium warehouse team checks in your return. Depending on where you’re shipping from, the total process usually takes between 2 and 4 weeks.

🌍 Outside the EU:

Only the first exchange return label is free; subsequent returns for the same order will incur standard shipping fees.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items. Please ensure items are in their original condition (excluding socks, which cannot be returned).

When you return all the items for refund a shipping fee is deducted from your total:

  1. Register: Click the button at the top of this page to get your prepaid label.
  2. Pack & Ship: Securely seal the items and drop them off within 7 days.
  3. Refund: Once our Belgium warehouse team checks in your return, we'll get your refund started. This process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on shipping times. Your final refund amount will be processed minus the following fee:
  • 🇪🇺 EU: €9 (or €15 Roemania-Greece)
  • 🌍 UK: £25 | USA: $39 | CH: 33 CHF | NO: 400 Nkr | AD: €25

Getting your refund

We know waiting for a refund can feel frustrating, so we want to be transparent about the process. Refunds for returned items can take 2-4 weeks to complete. When you see your package marked as delivered in the tracking link, this means it arrived at the courier's central warehouse. From there, it’s sent to the right facility where your return is carefully checked and processed.

As soon as your refund is issued, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few more days to show up, but rest assured—it’s on its way.

  • Note: If a return brings your total order value below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Returns for Defective Products

If the items you purchased are found to be faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.

A product is considered faulty if:

  • It has a manufacturing defect, such as a hole or torn seam, upon receipt.

If you believe your items are faulty, please contact our customer service team at hello@wolk-antwerp.com within 15 days of your purchase. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a clear photo or description of the defect. We will assess the issue and, if a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with the law.
