Return items


Wolk has a 15-day return policy. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 15 days of being received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the labels attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon reception of the returned item, we control the goods prior to processing the refund or exchange.
When using our return service you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, they can only be exchanged for another size if still available.

Gift cards are also not refundable.


Within the European Union Wolk offers free exchanges for different sizes or colors within 15 days of your purchase. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Wolk covers both the return shipping cost and the shipping of the replacement item.

Outside the EU, customers are required to organize and pay return shipping. Please include the original Invoice and mark  “returned goods” clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.

The exchange items are sent out as soon as the returned goods have been received, processed and approved.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If after return your order value drops below € 100, then we will not refund the initial shipping cost.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
