Returns and exchanges

Returns

Wolk has a 30-day return policy. In December, we extend our return period to 40 days. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 30 days (or 40 days) of being received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the labels attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon reception of the returned item, we control the goods before processing the refund or exchange. When there are stains on the garments, we will need to charge you a washing fee of 15 euros.

         Exceptions 

Gift cards are not refundable. You will get a new gift card for the returned item's value instead.

For returns within the EU, the return shipping is free. Just follow the return process on our website, and we will send you a return label after we approve the request. When using our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. 

For returns outside the EU, customers must pay for the return shipping. Customers outside the EU are advised to purchase a UPS / DHL return label from us and include the original invoice in the package. This will avoid additional customs charges because we can link the return shipment to the outgoing shipment.

  • United States: 36$ (UPS)
  • Monaco: €25 (DHL Express)

If customers outside the EU choose to arrange the return shipping themselves, possible taxes and customs charges and the shipment's insurance are also the customer's responsibility.  Please include the original Invoice and mark  “returned goods” clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and, most importantly, ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form to prevent any import charges and taxes from being applied. Exchange shipments outside the EU can be sent as temporary shipments with DHL to avoid taxes and customs charges.

Exchanges within the EU 

Wolk offers free exchanges for different sizes or colours within 30/40 days of your purchase. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Wolk covers both the return shipping cost and the replacement item's shipping. 

Exchanges outside the EU 

customers are required to pay for the return shipping. Customers outside the EU are advised to purchase a UPS/DHL return label from us and include the original invoice in the package. This will avoid any customs charges.

We cover the expense of sending the exchange item back to you. The exchange items are sent out once the returned goods have been received, processed and approved.

 

How do you return your purchase?

Within the EU:

1/ REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Go to the button at the top of this page and enter your postal number and order number, what items you’ll be returning and the reason for your return. In case of an exchange, please specify the size and colour of the desired replacement item(s). You will then get an email with a pre-paid return label that you can download and print.

2/ PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE

Place the invoice and the item(s) you’d like to return in the original box (or other solid container). Seal it securely with tape and place the return label in a good visual place outside the box.

3/ SEND IT BACK

Depending on your return label, you can call for a pickup or drop it off at your nearest service point. Please ensure you return your package within 7 days after receiving the label. 

For any shipping country, pre-paid return slips are only valid when returning from the same country the order was originally shipped to. Should you return your order from another country than the one it was sent to, please contact our customer care.

Outside the EU:

Customers must pay for the return shipping. Customers outside the EU are advised to purchase a DHL/UPS return label from us and include the original invoice in the package. This will avoid any customs charges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 4-5 days. 

If, after a return, your order value drops below the free shipping condition (see conditions per country), then we will not refund the initial shipping cost.

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at orders@wolk-antwerp.com.
