We do our utmost best to make sure the products are delivered as soon as possible at the delivery address the buyer provided with his/her order. Dates of delivery are therefore indicative.
Orders within the European Union will mostly be shipped with DPD home or UPS from our warehouse in Belgium. This is our standard shipping method and can take 2-5 days depending on the country. However you can also choose for express delivery with DHL express. (1-2 days within EU)
Orders outside the EU will be shipped with UPS or DHL express from our warehouse in Belgium (EU). Duties and taxes are on the account of the customer. (except for delivery to the UK)
The parcel can be delivered directly to your home, office, or service point. We cannot deliver to post office boxes. Since delivery attempts are usually done during the day, we recommend using your work address or a service point. Please keep in mind to check the policy of your employer because it can be that he has agreed to drop off without signature. If the package gets lost because of this, it's your responsibility, and not the courier nor Wolk can be held accountable.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order with all the details of your delivery.
When your package leaves our warehouse, you will be notified by us with the tracking number. If the courier is unable to deliver, the courier will leave a card in your mailbox. DHL express will make a second attempt. Through the DHL On Demand Delivery tool, you can arrange a different delivery method online: service point (it’s open on Saturdays and has extensive opening hours), a different address, neighbours, delivery without signature, … Or you can ask for delivery on a different day.
If the courier cannot deliver to your address because you were absent, your package will be dropped a service point, and you will have 7 days to collect the shipment. When the package is not collected on time or the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to Wolk. Wolk has the right to charge you for the extra shipping cost of sending the package back.
Please note that the courier services and processes differs among countries and cities. Wolk cannot be held responsible for changes to DHL or DPD or UPS's terms of service, therefore please refer to dhl.com or DPD.com or UPS.com for current information for your specific location.
The shipping cost will be determined at the checkout based on the item price, discounts or promotion codes.
We occasionally offer free deliveries on all orders, which will be clearly stated on our website. Please note that campaign for free deliveries will be activated on your order in the checkout.
We use fully tracked shipping methods and you can check the status of your package at any time using the link in the shipping notification or visit DHL tracking or DPD tracking or UPS tracking directly.
Wolk insures each purchase from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point you become responsible for the shipment. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that the third party’s signature is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Wolk.
Taxes and duties
Within the European Union orders are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Outside the European Union all orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) except for the UK basis. For more info on the UK taxes, please check here. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. Wolk does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges.
