Delivery

We do our utmost best to make sure the products are delivered as soon as possible at the delivery address the buyer provided with his/her order. Dates of delivery are therefore indicative.

Orders to Belgium, United Kingdom, Netherlands, France, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Italy, Denmark and Luxembourg will be shipped with DPDhome.

The parcel can be delivered directly to your home or office. Since delivery attempts are normally done during the day, we recommend that you use your work address. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order with all the details of your delivery.

When your package leaves our warehouse, you will be notified by us with the tracking number. If DPD is unable to deliver, the courier will leave a card in your mailbox. The shipment will then be delivered to a service point and you have 7 days to collect the shipment.

Orders outside the EU + Sweden, Finland, Spain, Greece, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Malta, Portugal, Estonia, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republik, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria and Slovakia will be shipped with DHL express.

If DHL are unable to deliver, the courier will leave a card in your mailbox. Through the DHL On Demand Delivery tool, you can arrange a different delivery method online: service point (it’s open on Saturdays and has extensive opening hours), a different address, neighbours, delivery without signature, … Or you can ask for delivery on a different day . We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address provided by the buyer or if the buyer is absent at the time of delivery, then this is entirely the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note that DHL and DPD's services and processes differs among countries and cities. Wolk cannot be held responsible for changes to DHL or DPD's terms of service, therefore please refer to dhl.com or DPD.com for current information for your specific location.

 

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost will be determined at the checkout based on the item price, discounts or promotion codes.

Within the EU we offer free shipping above €100.

We occasionally offer free deliveries on all orders, which will be clearly stated on our website. Please note that campaign for free deliveries will be activated on your order in the checkout.

Tracking

We use fully tracked shipping methods and you can check the status of your package at any time using the link in the shipping notification or visit DHL tracking  or DPD tracking directly.

Insurance

Wolk insures each purchase from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point you become responsible for the shipment. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that the third party’s signature is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Wolk.

Taxes and duties

Within the European Union orders are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Outside the European Union all orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. Wolk does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges.
