At Wolk, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you'll find all the details regarding our shipping process, costs, tracking, and taxes.

Where do we deliver?

We ship to multiple countries, both within and outside the EU. While we aim for fast delivery, shipping times are indicative and may vary based on location and courier services.

Shipping within the European Union (EU) 

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Belgium via the courier assigned to your country:

  • Austria – Austrian Post 
  • Belgium – Bpost
  • Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia – GLS
  • France – Colissimo
  • Italy – Poste Italiane SDA
  • Denmark, Finland, Sweden – Post Nord
  • Germany – Hermes Germany
  • Netherlands – Post NL
  • Portugal & Spain – Celeritas

Shipping outside the European Union (EU) 

Orders shipped outside the EU will be sent via DHL Express from our warehouse in Belgium.

  • Andorra, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States – DHL Express 

Delivery process

  • Orders are delivered to your home or office.
  • Service points are not available yet, but we are working on adding this option.
  • P.O. boxes cannot be used as a delivery address.
  • We recommend using a work address, as deliveries are typically made during business hours. However, check your employer’s policy, as Wolk and the courier are not responsible for lost packages due to employer agreements. For example, your employer could have a “no signature allowed drop off policy”, which can result in not finding the package.

Tracking your order

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all delivery details.
  • When your package leaves our warehouse in Belgium, you will get a tracking number via email.
  • Please track your package to check delivery updates and expected arrival times.

Missed deliveries

  • If you are absent during delivery, the courier will drop off your package at a local service point, where it will be available for 7 days.
  • If your package is not collected on time or the address is incorrect, it will be returned to Wolk. In such cases, you may be charged for additional shipping costs.
  • DHL Express will make a second delivery attempt and offers flexible delivery options through their On Demand Delivery tool, where you can:
    • Change the delivery address
    • Choose a service point for pickup
    • Request delivery to a neighbour
    • Opt for delivery without a signature
    • Reschedule for a different day

Note: Shipping services and delivery processes vary by country and city. Wolk is not responsible for courier service changes. Please refer to your tracking link for the most up-to-date information.

Shipping Cost

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Total purchase order price
    • Discounts or promotions
    • Shipping address
  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping on all orders. If a free shipping promotion is active, it will be displayed on our website and automatically applied at checkout.

Insurance

  • Wolk ensures each purchase from when it enters transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point you become responsible for the shipment.
  • If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that the third party’s signature is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Wolk.

Taxes and duties

European Union (EU) Orders

  • All orders within the EU are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis.
  • This means all taxes and duties are included in the final price—no additional costs upon delivery.

Orders Outside the EU 

  • Orders shipped outside the EU are sent DAP (Delivered At Place).
  • This means your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties, levied by your local customs authority or shipping carrier.
  • Wolk does not cover these additional charges, and we cannot calculate them in advance as they vary by country.
