What is Cashwool®?
This merino wool polo shirt is made with extra-light, superfine Cashwool® merino. It is spun in Italy by Zegna Baruffa, one of the world’s most respected yarn producers.
It feels luxuriously soft, smooth, and breathable against the skin. Naturally temperature-regulating and odor-resistant, it keeps you fresh and comfortable all day long. The relaxed drape ensures effortless wear, while the silk-like finish adds an understated, modern elegance.
This polo is 100% natural, even the buttons are made from Corozo, a hard nut from the Tagua tree.
Are these merino polos itchy?
Not at all. We use super-fine merino fibers that feel smooth and comfortable—no itch, even for sensitive skin.
Is merino wool better than cotton or synthetics?
Yes—especially for all-day wear. Merino wool is naturally breathable, moisture-wicking, temperature-regulating, and odor-resistant. Unlike cotton, it keeps you dry. Unlike synthetics, it stays fresh and feels soft against the skin.
Are these merino polos machine washable, and will they shrink?
Yes, they're machine washable and they will not shrink—no special treatment needed. Thanks to our total Easy Care merino yarn, you can wash it on a 30°C delicate program. It is recommended to use wool wash because it contains less aggressive chemicals, and it keeps your wool and other clothes in better condition for a long time. Lay flat to dry, iron light if needed, and you can wear it again.

How Many Times Can You Wear a Merino Polo Shirt Before Washing?
One of the biggest advantages of Merino wool is its natural odor resistance. Merino fibers trap odor molecules at their core, releasing them only when washed. This means you can comfortably wear a Merino wool shirt 3–8 times before needing to wash it, depending on activity level and perspiration.
