How do I find the right size?
On every product page, you can find a "find your size" button. There, you can find two ways to find your size.
1/ The easiest way is to use our easy-size tool. This tool helps you to compare our sizes with a garment from your closet that fits you well. Check this short video that demonstrates how the tool works.
2/ Via measurement charts, where you can find all the garment dimensions to compare.

How does the gift card work?
Select the value of the gift card you want to give. Pay for the gift card in the checkout - no shipping fees are charged for the gift card. We’ll email you a digital gift card with a gift card code. When placing their order, the recipient enters the code in the billing step of the checkout. Any value left on the gift card after usage will be saved and can be used at another time. If the recipient wishes to purchase for more than the gift card value, the difference will be charged to their credit card. The gift card is only available in the EU and can only be used to pay for orders to European countries.
Does the gift card expire?
Yes, it will expire two years after your purchase.
How do returns and exchanges with the gift card work?
The gift card is non-refundable, but the recipient can always return and exchange items bought with the gift card. In case of refunds, the recipient will receive the value refunded to a new gift card, valid for two years.
Where is my package?
Once you’ve received the shipping notification, your package is on its way. We use fully tracked shipping methods provided by our couriers. You can check the status of your package at any time using the link in the shipping notification.
Did you not receive a notification? Check secondary inboxes or spam filters and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts so you don’t miss important information.
What shipping options does Wolk offer?
To display the correct estimated shipping time and cost, please select your country in the drop-down menu in the top right corner.
Within Europe, we will primarily ship your order with DPD home, DPD service point or UPS. But you can also select express delivery via DHL Express. You can choose this option in the checkout.
Orders outside the EU will be shipped with UPS or DHL Express.
Packages are fully insured and traceable and delivered to your location within 1-5 working days. The shipping cost depends on the shipping location.

Do I need to register an account before purchasing?
You can save your account data for more accessible future orders, but it is not mandatory.
What payment methods does Wolk accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Ideal, Sofort, Card Bancaire, Klarna and Paypall. We do not store any credit card information, and all payments are processed using Mollie, a PCI-certified payment system, one of the highest international standards for online payments. We use the latest SSL encryption technology when processing and storing your personal information to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience.
